WZ999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

01General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and WZ999 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). They apply to all services provided through wz999.pro and the official WZ999 mobile applications for Android and iOS.

To register and use WZ999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. WZ999 does not permit access to anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You must not be excluded from gambling or gaming services through a self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and at any point when WZ999 requests account verification.
• You acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carry financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

02Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on WZ999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance, pending withdrawals or bonus funds held across duplicate accounts will not be returned.

When registering your account you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and/or phone number that belongs to you personally.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials private. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify WZ999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date. Any change in your contact details, payment methods or personal information should be updated in your account settings promptly.

WZ999 may verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification may require a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a CNIC, passport or driver's licence. This is a standard security procedure to protect your account and prevent fraud — not a reflection of suspicion.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on WZ999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). No currency conversion is applied and there are no hidden charges from WZ999's side for standard deposits and withdrawals. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your WZ999 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted. WZ999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your WZ999 balance immediately after confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method belonging to the registered account holder. Before your first withdrawal is processed, WZ999 may require completion of identity verification as described in Section 2. Once approved, standard withdrawals are processed promptly. Processing times may vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a different payment method than the one used for the deposit without prior approval from WZ999 support.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal may be subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 4.
• WZ999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals as a fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawals requested during peak processing periods may take slightly longer — you will receive a push notification when your withdrawal has been dispatched.

04Bonuses & Promotions

WZ999 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, cashback rewards, sports betting promotions and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL matches or T20 tournaments.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failing to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Attempting to claim a bonus you are not eligible for may result in the bonus being removed and related winnings voided.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• No Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — is prohibited. WZ999 may void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

05Sports Betting Rules

WZ999 provides sports betting markets covering Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and a range of other international sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference on screen or via notification. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues or system errors are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will be used for settlement.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available within the Bet section of the platform.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay between placing and acceptance to account for real-time odds recalculation. Bets placed after a key in-play event (such as a wicket falling in a cricket match) but before the odds have updated may be voided at WZ999's discretion.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are stated within the betting section. Winnings exceeding the stated limit will be capped at the maximum payout.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a clear pricing error or technical fault affecting odds or markets, WZ999 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled.

06Casino & Games

The WZ999 Casino section includes Slots (including Megaways and jackpot titles), Live Casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker), Crash games (including Aviator-style formats), Bingo and other instant-play titles. All games are operated in accordance with the following conditions:

• Random Outcomes: All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games produce outcomes that are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced. Past results do not affect future outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are streamed in real time. Connection quality affects stream performance but does not influence game outcomes. If a live game session is interrupted by a disconnection, the round will be settled based on the actual game result, which is logged server-side.
• Game Availability: Not all games may be available in all circumstances. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages or platform updates may temporarily remove certain games from the lobby. No compensation is offered for temporary game unavailability.
• Bet Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed before and during gameplay. Attempting to place bets outside these limits will result in the bet being rejected or adjusted.

07Responsible Gaming

WZ999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or solve financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits before they start playing and to review those limits regularly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your WZ999 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will be notified when your session time is approaching and automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose within a set time period. This helps prevent short-term emotional decisions from affecting your overall budget.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can self-exclude for a period of your choosing. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to place bets or access casino games.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders that show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WZ999 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other interactive game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using information not publicly available (such as insider information) to place bets on sports events.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or pricing errors in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or account credentials.
• Any form of money laundering or using WZ999 to process funds for illegal purposes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your bank or payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by WZ999.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing WZ999 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

09Account Suspension & Closure

WZ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to: suspected violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, unusual betting patterns consistent with fraud or bonus abuse, or a request from the account holder.

If your account is suspended pending investigation:

• You will be notified by the contact method on file where possible.
• Access to the platform will be restricted until the investigation is resolved.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the review is complete.

If your account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Legitimate balances held by players who voluntarily close their accounts will be returned to the registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been addressed.

10Limitation of Liability

WZ999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

• WZ999 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection failures on the player's side, device malfunctions or third-party payment provider delays.
• WZ999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of anticipated winnings in connection with a technical fault, unless caused by WZ999's proven negligence.
• All gambling involves financial risk. WZ999 does not guarantee any outcome and accepts no responsibility for the financial decisions of its players beyond ensuring that the platform operates fairly and as described.

11Privacy & Data

WZ999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
• WZ999 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely.
• You may request a copy of your personal data or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support. Note that certain transaction records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes even after account closure.

12Changes to These Terms

WZ999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact method on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the WZ999 platform after updated Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
